From the very beginning, KORA\u2019s journey has been driven by continuous development, growth, and refinement across every stage of production. The first products were produced using four old flat-knitting machines and the same number of sewing machines. Over the years, the factory has undergone several stages of technical modernization and equipment upgrades. Particular attention has always been given to the implementation of advanced technologies and modern innovations \u2014 both in manufacturing equipment and software solutions \u2014 as well as to improving product quality and carefully selecting premium yarns and materials.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"full-img-info full-img-info--two\" >\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"section full-img-info__bg\" style=\"\">\n\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kora.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Mask-group-31-min-1024x702.jpg\" alt=\"\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kora.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Mask-group-30-min-1024x702.jpg\" alt=\"\" >\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"section full-img-info__info\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"section full-img-info__beforetitle secondary-medium-title secondary-medium-title--light\">Stages of development <span>1991-1995<\/span><\/p><p class=\"section full-img-info__title medium-title\">First technical modernization<\/p><div class=\"section full-img-info__text\"><p>In 1991-1995, the first technical re-equipment was carried out, which included::<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>several computer-controlled flat knitting machines manufactured under license from Protti (Italy) were purchased;<\/li>\n<li>the production moved to its own, more spacious premises;<\/li>\n<li>modern sewing, quilting and wet-heat treatment equipment was purchased;<\/li>\n<li>employees&#8217; qualifications were upgraded, and they acquired new knowledge and practical skills through training courses and universities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Having achieved certain results thanks to the above actions, we were able to achieve such quality and consumer value of our own products that allowed us to export them to Western Europe and the CIS countries starting from 1995. During this period, the production volume reached 4000 units per month, and the product range expanded significantly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\t<style>\n\t\t.simple-text-image__wrapper1957412908 {\n\t\t\tflex-direction: row-reverse\n\t\t}\n\t<\/style>\n<section class=\"simple-text-image  \" >\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"simple-text-image__wrapper simple-text-image__wrapper1957412908\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"simple-text-image__info\">\n\t\t\t\t<p class=\"simple-text-image__beforetitle secondary-medium-title secondary-medium-title--light\">Stages of development <span>1999-2002<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t<p class=\"simple-text-image__title block-title mb-40\">Second technical re-equipment<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"simple-text-image__text block-text mb-35\"><p><strong>In 1999-2002, the second technical re-equipment was carried out, as a result of which: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>state-of-the-art knitting equipment from STOLL (Germany) was purchased;<\/li>\n<li>special computer equipment for programming knitting machines was purchased;<\/li>\n<li>a large number of modern sewing machines from Durkopp Adler, Pfaff, Juki, Union Special, etc. were purchased;<\/li>\n<li>Advanced linking equipment from KMF, Complett was purchased;<\/li>\n<li>the factory relocated to a more spacious building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"911\">Significant attention was dedicated to implementing new technologies efficiently and continuously improving product quality.
