1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF KORA GIFT CARDS OF DIFFERENT NUMERICATIONS

Dear Buyer, Dear User,

The following terms and conditions for the use of KORA Gift Cards are part of the Public Agreement between you and KORA,

(including KORA LLC – a company subject to coordination and control by the general meeting of founders and managers of KORA LLC, acting on the basis of the charter – in favor of itself and other companies of the KORA Group, registered on 20.05.1999 at the legal address of Kutuzova, 2A, 69071, Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, date and number of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities 1001037780026001302 dated 23.09.2021, EDRPOU code 22116246; hereinafter referred to as “KORA” or “we”) and in no way contradict the provisions of the Public Agreement.

The following terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the purchase and use of KORA Gift Cards of a certain denomination purchased in the official KORA online store www.kora.ua online store (hereinafter referred to as the “KORA Online Store”) or in official KORA stores located in such cities as Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Dnipro and Odesa (the list of official stores can be found here; hereinafter, the official store(s) of the Ukrainian knitting factory KORA are referred to as the “KORA Store(s)”, the KORA trademark Gift Cards are referred to as the “KORA Gift Cards”) and apply to the Buyer and any KORA Gift Card Holder (respectively referred to as the “Buyer” and the “Holder” or collectively “you”).

The purchase and/or use of the KORA Gift Card entails full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Terms of the Public Agreement, which became available to the Buyer upon purchase of the KORA Gift Card and which are also available in KORA Stores and/or on the website www.kora.ua.

Your KORA Gift Card has been issued:

Individual entrepreneur Korostina Olena Ihorivna, registered in Ukraine, date and number of state registration record: date 28.07.2016, number 20690000000036947, e-mail address for correspondence and acceptance of any proposals, requests and complaints: internetshop@kora.ua 38 068 597 20 90 (calls are subject to normal charges), regarding KORA Gift Cards purchased at KORA Stores in Odesa and Dnipro;

(hereinafter referred to as “KORA”).

The KORA gift card is not a commodity, security, means of payment or document, but a document confirming your right of claim.

The KORA Gift Card entitles the Holder to purchase goods from the assortment of KORA stores at a discount corresponding to the face value of the KORA Gift Card at prices valid at the time of purchase of the Goods.

2. Where can I buy a KORA gift card?

The KORA gift card is available in the following formats:

1. Physical Gift Card for sale in KORA Stores

2. Physical Gift card for sale in the KORA online store

3. Virtual Gift Card for sale in the KORA online store

The cost of the card can be paid by any of the payment methods accepted in KORA Stores or in the KORA online store at www.kora.ua. Gift cards cannot be paid with another Gift card.

KORA gift cards can be purchased exclusively in the official KORA online store and KORA Stores.

As of March 2025, KORA Stores where you can buy KORA, are listed here.

If a KORA virtual Gift Card is purchased on the website www.kora.uaKORA shall not be liable for any failure to receive, activate, or delay in receiving a virtual card caused by force majeure or any other problem beyond KORA’s control, including but not limited to: (1) poor functioning or interruptions in the operation of lines and/or telecommunication systems; (2) delay in the transmission of information/data or loss of information/data that may occur due to one of the reasons mentioned earlier in paragraph (1); (3) inaccuracy of the data of the Virtual Card Recipient provided by the Cardholder; (4) unsuccessful attempt to deliver the card to the specified e-mail address; (5) cases when an e-mail sent by KORA is considered spam or junk mail.

When purchasing a physical KORA Gift Card in a KORA Store, after paying the amount corresponding to the face value of the Gift Card, the physical KORA Gift Card will be immediately activated (in other words, it can be used) in the KORA Store where the KORA Gift Card was purchased, and no additional service fees (service charges) will be charged at the time of purchase.

Only physical KORA Gift Cards are available for purchase in KORA Stores.

When buying in the online store KORA:

– if the buyer chooses a virtual KORA Gift Card, the KORA Gift Card will be immediately activated;

– If the customer chooses a physical KORA Gift Card, the KORA Gift Card will be activated in three days.

Purchased in the KORA online store, a physical KORA Gift Card can only be sent to addresses located in Ukraine. Delivery services are paid for by the buyer in accordance with the tariffs of the courier service. However, you can receive a physical KORA Gift Card purchased in the KORA online store in one of the KORA stores or purchase a virtual KORA Gift Card in the KORA online store without paying for delivery.

KORA gift cards are issued in denominations of 1000 UAH, 2000 UAH and 3000 UAH

You should keep a copy of the KORA Gift Card serial number and expiration date provided at the time of purchase, which are also printed on the back of the physical KORA Gift Card or displayed on the virtual KORA Gift Card – as you may be asked to provide them in the event of loss, theft or damage to the KORA Gift Card.

You must keep the fiscal and terminal (if any) receipts issued to you when paying for the KORA Gift Card as a confirmation of the purchase of the KORA Gift Card in case you need to return the latter.

3. Where and how can I use the KORA Gift Card?

KORA Gift Cards can only be used to purchase KORA products at a KORA Store or KORA online store (hereinafter referred to as Authorized KORA Stores). This means that you may not use the KORA Gift Card in department stores, other retail outlets or stores that carry KORA branded products but are not Official KORA Stores, or on any e-commerce site that is not a KORA online store.

When purchasing in KORA stores, a physical KORA Gift Card can be used exclusively in the store where it was purchased.

When purchasing in the KORA online store, both physical and virtual KORA Gift Cards can be used in any KORA store, as well as in the KORA online store. However, if you need to return a purchase made with a Gift Card purchased in the KORA online store, you will need to make a return through the KORA online store.

Subject to the limitations mentioned in these Terms, KORA Gift Cards can be exchanged for any products from the assortment that are available at the time of use of the KORA Gift Card in the Official KORA Store, within the value of the corresponding KORA Gift Card denomination, which is indicated on the respective sales receipt at the time of purchase, provided that the KORA Gift Card is used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with all applicable laws and KORA policies regarding the purchase of Goods, which are brought to your attention when using the Gift Card.

The KORA Gift Card is not registered and can be used, regardless of who purchased it, by anyone who presents it to purchase the Goods. The person holding the card is the only person responsible for its use and safety.

To use a physical Gift Card, you must physically present it in the Official Store. Only with virtual Gift Cards can a printed version of the card received by e-mail or if it is displayed on the device on which it was saved be accepted.

The KORA gift card can be redeemed in full.

If the total cost of the goods purchased in the Official KORA Store exceeds the amount of the KORA Gift Card, the balance of such Goods can be paid by any other payment method available in the Official KORA Store. Please note that you cannot use more than one KORA Gift Card in the KORA online store in one order. Also, please note that you may use more than one KORA Gift Card for the same purchase in the KORA store, provided that the use complies with all applicable laws.

If the total cost of the goods purchased in the Official KORA Store is less than the face value of the KORA Gift Card, the difference is not refunded to the buyer.

KORA gift cards, as well as the balance on the card, are not subject to conversion into a cash equivalent or any form of cash, even in case of return of the Goods.

In case of termination of the purchase and sale agreement (the “Buyer’s Agreement”) and return of the Goods purchased with a KORA Gift Card, the refund for the Goods shall be made by issuing a new KORA Gift Card of the same denomination as the KORA Gift Card used to purchase the returned Goods. If the total cost of the returned Goods at the time of purchase exceeded the face value of the KORA Gift Card, and the Buyer paid the difference by another available payment method, upon return and termination of the purchase and sale agreement, the amount of this difference shall be returned to the Buyer by the same payment method used by the Buyer.

The return of the Goods purchased using the KORA Gift Card can be made only in the KORA Store where the Purchase was made.

This does not affect your legal rights to purchase a KORA Gift Card.

Nothing in these terms affects any of your other legal rights to purchase the Goods.

When purchasing in the KORA online store, Goods purchased with KORA Gift Cards can only be sent to addresses located in Ukraine.

Other discounts and promotions do not apply to the purchase of a Gift Card.

The latter can be applied only when purchasing the Goods using a KORA Gift Card, unless otherwise provided.

KORA has the right not to accept the Gift Card in case of any discrepancies or doubts about its validity.

KORA Gift Cards obtained by fraudulent or illegal means are non-refundable, will be canceled and will not be valid for the purchase of Goods. In these cases, KORA reserves the right to report any fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities after conducting sufficient checks.

In the event of theft, loss or damage, the KORA Gift Card is subject to replacement and refund if it has not been redeemed, as well as if the KORA Gift Card number, expiration date, fiscal and terminal (if any) receipts are available.

KORA has the right to change the rules for using KORA Gift Cards.

4. Returning the KORA gift card

KORA gift cards that have not yet been used are subject to return in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and always in compliance with the conditions established by law:

1. KORA Gift Cards purchased at any Official KORA Store may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase or sending the KORA Gift Card to its intended Recipient.

2. The amount paid for the KORA Gift Card is refunded using the same payment method used to purchase it. For such a refund, it is necessary to present the original fiscal receipt, the KORA Gift Card to be returned, as well as, if necessary, the payment card with which the KORA Gift Card was paid and the terminal payment receipt.

3. The return of any KORA Gift Card can be made only at the place of purchase.

4. Please note that in any case, a refund is possible only at the request of the Buyer (not the Owner).

5. The methods of return listed herein are an important condition and as such are deemed to be unconditionally accepted upon purchase and/or use of the KORA Gift Card.

5. Validity period of the KORA gift card

KORA Gift Cards expire 12 months from the date of activation.

A KORA gift card can be used only once.

After use, physical KORA Gift Cards are withdrawn and virtual ones are canceled.

6. HOW DO I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY KORA GIFT CARD?

You can check the status of your KORA Virtual Gift Card by sending an email to internetshop@kora.ua or by calling +38 068 597 20 90 (calls are subject to normal charges), providing the following information:

• – serial number of the KORA Gift Card
• – validity period of the KORA Gift Card
• – fiscal and terminal (if any) checks issued to you when paying for the KORA Gift Card

If you have any questions about your transaction history, or if you wish to dispute a transaction on your KORA Gift Card or for any other reason, please contact the KORA Store where the KORA Gift Card was purchased or internetshop@kora.ua. After checking and clarifying the information, you will be informed of the results.

7. WHAT TO DO IF THE KORA GIFT CARD IS LOST?

In case of loss or theft of a KORA Gift Card, you must immediately contact the KORA Store where the KORA Gift Card was purchased either atinternetshop@kora.ua or by phone at +38 068 597 20 90 (calls are subject to normal charges) to block the KORA Gift Card and obtain a replacement. You will be asked to provide the serial number and expiration date of the respective KORA Gift Card, provide fiscal and terminal (if any) receipts. The serial number and expiration date are provided at the time of the Purchase and are printed on the back of the physical KORA Gift Card or displayed on the virtual KORA Gift Card, as appropriate. We recommend that you keep a copy of the serial number and expiration date of the KORA Gift Card, as well as the receipts provided to you at the time of the Purchase in a safe place. Please note that KORA provides replacements only at the request of the Buyer (not the Owner); in this regard, please note that the Buyer is advised to provide his/her personal data in the KORA store when purchasing a KORA Gift Card for identification purposes, otherwise the Buyer will not be able to request a replacement of the lost/stolen KORA Gift Card, as KORA will not be able to identify the Buyer.

These terms and conditions do not limit your legal rights in any way, and KORA does not exclude any duties or responsibilities it is required to accept by law. To this extent, KORA shall not be liable to you in the event of loss, theft, damage, alteration or unauthorized use of the KORA Gift Card by third parties, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of KORA employees.

8. HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?

“KORA is the Data Controller for the collection, use and processing of personal data provided by the Buyer for the purchase and/or the Owner for the use of the KORA Gift Card. In particular, KORA will process the personal data of the Buyer and/or the Owner in order to issue and ensure the use of the KORA Gift Card in accordance with applicable privacy laws and, in any case, in accordance with Privacy Policyavailable together with these Terms at www.kora.ua. 9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law, and all disputes, claims and legal proceedings that directly or indirectly arise out of or are related to the purchase or use of KORA Gift Cards shall be resolved in the competent court at the place of residence of the consumer or claimant. The choice of law does not affect the filing of delicate claims or the possible application of mandatory consumer protection provisions in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
