
Returns and exchanges
Thank You for placing your Order on our Website!
If the Garments do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return/exchange them within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Order to the courier branch by notifying our manager of the Online store in advance and/or filling out the “Online Return Form” in your Personal Account.
Please note: The return/exchange of Garments of good quality, as well as the return/exchange of Garments with significant defects, is carried out by the Seller on the basis of the Buyer’s application which is considered to be a completed ONLINE RETURN FORM.
The exchange is possible only for a change in color or size of the same Garment (if available) that was purchased. If you want a different Garment, please return your purchase and place a new Order.
As all exchanges are subject to Product availability at our warehouse, so you should contact our Customer Service and we will assist you with an exchange.
If the exchange Products are not available in stock, KORA will not be able to accept the request for exchange. In this case you can make a return or keep the original Products.
In case of exchange, the delivery of the new Garment is carried out after the receipt of the previous Garment by the Seller
You can return/exchange the Garment of good quality, provided that:
- – It was not in use,
- – it does not have a perfume scent,
- – preserve the presentation, consumer properties, qualities and appearance of the new item,
- – it still has all the labels and tags on it,
- – you have a fiscal receipt confirming the purchase in our store,
- – the “Online Return Form” is completed,
- – there is no promotion for the Garment. Promotional Products are not subject to return.
Upon receipt of your return/exchange, we will inspect the Garments for quality, if the Garments are returned in compliance with all the requirements stated above, we will accept the return/exchange request and, as appropriate, exchange the Garments or refund the total amount paid to the credit card or bank account used for the original purchase.
If the item sent for exchange does not comply with all the requirements stated above, we will not be able to accept the exchange. In this case, we will offer to send it back to you at your expense.
Delivery costs for the return/exchange of Goods of good quality shall be borne by the Buyer.
Each Product can be exchanged or returned only once.
The Seller may refuse to accept any further Orders from the Buyer after several returns of previous Purchases by the same Buyer.
Return/exchange of damaged, faulty, defective Garments, Garments with material defects or Garments other than ordered (Non-Conforming Garments).
Buyers are encouraged to carefully inspect any parcel before signing the receipt of delivery as described in the PAYMENT AND DELIVERY section .
In the unlikely event that the Garments upon receipt are defective, flawed, damaged, or do not comply with the Order, the Buyers have the right to demand a free replacement, repair of the Garments within a reasonable period of time, or a full refund of the non-conforming Garments.
In case of return of the Garments with significant defects, the relevant Act shall be filled in and submitted together with the Garments, indicating the identified defects. The Act must be signed by the Buyer and the person who delivered the Goods.
If you return such Garments, we will refund the price paid for the Garments, together with the delivery costs, to the credit card or bank account used for the original Purchase.
Delivery costs, when the Garments are returned due to our fault (damaged, defective goods, or goods that differ from those ordered), shall be reimbursed to the Buyer in full.
Delivery costs, when the exchange of the Goods is carried out through our fault (damaged, defective goods, or goods that differ from those ordered), shall be compensated to the Buyer, except for the cost of the initial delivery.
Return/exchange procedure
- 1. Make sure that the Product is eligible for return/exchange in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Online Sale described above.
- 2. If you need to arrange a return/exchange, please contact our Online store manager by Telegram / WhatsApp chat, E-mail: knitwear@kora.ua, Phone +36 305 62 57 06 and/or fill out the “Online return form” in your Personal Account. If possible, please indicate the reason for the return/exchange so that we can better serve you in the future.
- 3. Our Online Store manager will offer you one of the following two options: Self Drop-Off or Courier Collection.
- – Dropping off the parcel at a courier service point arranged by the Seller. Once you complete the “Online Return Form,” we will send you the “Return or Exchange Confirmation” email containing your Return Number, the return shipping label, and the addresses of parcel drop-off points in your city. You must print the label and attach it to the outside of your parcel before bringing it to the drop-off point.
- – Arranging courier collection for your parcel. In this case, you will need to provide the collection address, phone number, and preferred collection date, as this information will be passed directly to the courier. Once you complete the “Online Return Form,” we will send you a “Return or Exchange Confirmation” email, including your Return Number and the documents that must be printed. If the proposed collection date is not convenient for you, you may contact the courier using the phone number provided in the email to arrange another date. The courier will require the parcel tracking number indicated in the “Return or Exchange Confirmation” email. You may also contact us for additional assistance.
- 4. Once you receive the “Return or Exchange Confirmation” email, place all the Products for return/exchange in the packaging.
- 5. You can find the return address in the “Online Return Form”.
Please note! Without notifying the manager and the completed “Online Return Form” we will not be able to carry out the return procedure.

Refunds
Refunds can be made only by the method and to the account from which the payment was made and which you specified in the “Online Return Form”.
We will make a Refund within 7 business days from the date of receipt of Garments by the Seller, verification and confirmation of the grounds for its return. The time required for the funds to be credited to your account depends on your bank’s processing time and may take up to 5 days.
The above Terms apply only to the Garments purchased on the Website www.kora-knitwear.com. We do not accept returns/exchanges of Garments purchased on other websites or in offline stores and physical KORA Official Stores.
