Payment.

You can pay for your Order in the following ways:

If you need to clarify any details, you can place a Preоrder. After approving all the details with our manager, you will be able to pay for the Order using one of the above methods.

Secure online payment on the Website is carried out using the WayforPay payment system, which protects data from fraudsters with its own multi-level anti-fraud transaction monitoring system. WayforPay provides guaranteed payment security in accordance with international standards and the Rules of international payment systems Visa, MasterCard, uses Smart 3D Secure, Visa Secure and Mastercard SecureCode technologies, complies with GDPR and supports HTTPS protocol, is PCI DSS Level 1 and PSD2 certified, which guarantees the security of data processing and protection of the Buyer’s financial information. Data entry and authorization of payments are carried out on a separate secure page of the payment platform. No KORA, nor our employees can see your card details.

Attention: Incorrectly specified personal data during registration and ordering may result in additional costs and delays! Please check your data carefully. If you specify an incorrect destination, the courier costs shall be paid by the Buyer, regardless of the amount of the order.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within two business days after the Order Confirmation and when the Total amount of your Order will be credited to our account.

Delivery of orders outside Ukraine is at the expense of the Buyer. Delivery costs will be calculated during the Check out.

Approximate Delivery time outside Ukraine is 5-10 business days.

Please note that if you cancel your Order after shippment, Delivery cost will not be refunded.

After submitting your Order, we will send you “Order is shipped” letter on an email with shipping information and estimated delivery dates.

You will be able to track the delivery of your Order following the link specified in your “Order is shipped” letter.

Any delivery date or time quoted by us is an estimate only and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of any delays in delivery.

If within 7 (seven) days from the date of arrival of the Order at the courier service warehouse the Recipient does not collect the Order, the Order will be returned to our warehouse. We will understand that you want to terminate the “Terms and Conditions of Online Sale” and will consider it terminated. As a result of the termination of the “Terms and Conditions of Online Sale”, we will refund the price paid for the Products to you as soon as possible and in all cases within a maximum of 30 days from the date on which we consider the “Terms and Conditions of Online Sale” to be terminated. In these cases, we will be entitled to charge you for delivery and other costs of terminating the “Terms and Conditions of Online Sale”.

Please note: The delivery address of your Order must correspond to the Delivery Country selected on the Website. Please select the correct Country of Delivery of the Order in the upper right corner of each page of the Website.

Successful delivery

Upon receipt of the Order and before signing any document in the prescribed form of the delivery service engaged by the Seller confirming the Delivery, you must carefully check the integrity of the packaging, the compliance of the Garments with the Order and the completeness of your Order, make sure that the Garments are in proper external condition (no mechanical damage, contamination, defects and manufacturing defects). Check the Garments for puffs, stains, tears, decorative elements and finishes.

In case of detection of at least one of the above defects, the Buyer or the Recipient shall be entitled to notify our customer service and make a statement about the defects found without unreasonable delay after the latter are discovered upon delivery:

In the event of mechanical damage to the packaging, violation of the integrity of the packaging or completeness of the Order, the Buyer or the Recipient of the Garments is obliged to record it in the Act (claim) of any form indicating the defects found. The Act must be signed by the Buyer and the person who delivered the Goods. If possible, the defects should be recorded by means of photo or video recording. After signing the Act on the identified defects, the Garments shall be returned to the person who delivered the Order.

If the ordered Garments are of good quality, complete and fully comply with the Buyer’s Order for this Garments, the Buyer or the Recipient of the Garments shall sign a document in the prescribed form of the delivery service engaged by the Seller confirming the delivery.

The signature by the Buyer or the Recipient of the Garments of the above document is an unconditional confirmation of the following facts:

“Terms and Conditions of Online Sale” shall be deemed to be fulfilled upon delivery to the Buyer or the Recipient of all Garments ordered by the Buyer of good quality, which fully complies with the Order for this Garments sent by the Buyer.

In case of any defects or damage after receiving the Order and signing the document in the prescribed form, the return of the Garments may be refused.
