
How to place an order
You can place an online Order on our official Website www.kora-knitwear.com, as well as through any other official remote communication channels:
- – by e-mail at knitwear@kora.ua,
- – by phone/WhatsApp tel:+36 305 62 57 06, in a chat with the KORA customer service team,
- – through the official Instagram account (kora.knitwear)
- – through the official Facebook account (KORA_international).
You can place an Order on the Website by adding the Products to the Cart, selecting the necessary parameters such as color and size by placing an Order with personal delivery data or using the quick purchase button “Buy in 1 click”.
Registration is not required to place an Order. It is only can be useful to see the status of your Order, the history of your Orders, to view the contents of your shopping Cart, to create a Wish List, and to save your personal delivery information for next Orders. You will still be offered the option to create a Personal account during checkout and to save your data for future Orders.
You will receive information about the status of your Order regardless of registration.
From the product page, choose the color and size you need. Then add the item to your Cart or use “Buy in 1 click” button.
After using “Buy in 1 click” button, we will send you information about your order on the e-mail. Then our manager will contact you shortly to confirm and set all order, payment and shipping details. After all the details of your order are set, you will be able to pay your order in your «Personal account» on our Website.
If you place the Order through the Cart and once you have everything you want on your Cart, proceed to the Сheckout. You can login, if already registered, or create a new account. Otherwise, continue with your purchase as a guest.
Insert your personal data, specify all the necessary contact details for delivery, select a payment method, accept the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, check the Order details and click “Place Order” button.
You will have two payment options: Pre-order and Online payment.
If you need to clarify some details, you can apply for Preorder. Once you have selected Pre-order option we will send you information about your order on the e-mail. Then our manager will contact you shortly to confirm and set all Order, Payment and Shipping details. After all the details of your order are set, you will be able to pay your order in your «Personal account» on our Website.
Once you have selected Online payment method and click on the “PLACE ORDER” button you will be redirected to the payment page where in order to finalize the checkout you will click on the “PAY” button and your card will be debited for the whole amount of the Order Summary. Once the Payment has been authorized, you will receive Order Processing receipt with details of your Order and an electronic invoice and receipt, which means we have received your Order and Payment.
If some Products turned out to be out of stock, we will promptly contact the Customers by e-mail or messenger to verify their interest in the fulfilment of a partial Order or whether they intend to cancel the Order. We will refund the amount of your order or a part of it, which was cancelled.
Once all details of your Order are set and all Products of your Order are in stock you will receive Order Confirmation e-mail.
Once your Order is shipped, we will send you another email with the Order and shipping details including the shipping invoice number and a link to track the delivery.
If you are registered, you will see the status of your Order in your Personal Account. You will also be able to pay for your Order in your Personal Account, after confirming all the details with the manager, if you initially selected a Pre-Order option.
Please note that the assortment and availability of goods, as well as prices and services, may vary depending on the selected destination country.
Status of your Orders:
On hold – we have received your Order and are processing it. We have sent you “Thank you for your Order!” letter,
Confirmed – we have sent you an “Order Confirmation” letter, the items in your order are in stock,
Panding payment – we are waiting for payment of your Order,
Paid – we have received payment for your Order and sent you a “Payment Receipt Notification” letter,
Shipped – Your Order has been shipped. This means that we have fulfilled your Order and sent you an email confirming the dispatch and the estimated delivery dates – the “Order is shipped” letter,
Canceled – your order was canceled by prior agreement with you,
Refunded – your Order was returned and we made a refund,
Partially refunded – your Order was partially refunded and we have already made a partial refund,
Failed – there was an error with your payment method, please contact our manager.
