Welcome to the KORA website (the “Website”).

The Website www.kora-knitwear.com, its contents and all official pages (collectively, the “Website”) as well as the domain name and registered trademark KORA are the exclusive property of KORA Llc. and therefore protected and covered by national and international legislation.

The Owner and Operator of the official Website is KORA Llc. – a company subject to coordination and control by its general meetings of founders and heads of organization, acting under statute for the benefit of itself and other companies within the KORA Group (henceforth: KORA; may be referred to as “us” and “we”), registered in May 20,1999 with its registered office on Kutuzova 2A, 69071, Zaporozhye, Ukraine, date and number of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine) 1001037780026001302, September 23, 2021, identification number of the legal entity 22116246. 

This Website is subject to the “Terms and Conditions of Use” set forth below, which we may change at any time at our own discretion. “Terms and Conditions of Use” determine the rules for using the Website.

Use of this Website implies unconditional acceptance of the “Terms and Conditions”, even if changed.

We invite you to review carefully these “Terms and Conditions of Use of Website” (“Terms of Use”) before continuing to access or using the Website.  These “Terms of Use” apply to all visitors to, or users of, the Website (henceforth: “Users”).

By accessing, navigating or using the Website the User confirm his or her acceptance of the provisions set out in these “Terms of Use” of Website and his or her agreement to be bound by them.

KORA reserves the right to change, modify, revise, add or remove in whole or in part these “Terms of Use” by updating this document, at any time and without prior notice to you.  Changes to these “Terms of Use” will be communicated by placing a notice on this Website.  We thus invite you to check these “Terms of Use” periodically. If you do not agree to any such change, you must discontinue the access or use of the Website.  By continuing the use of the Website following the posting of changes, you accept and agree to the changes.

This Website displays, promotes, publishes and sales Products produced under the registered trademark “KORA” (“Products”).

This Website includes multiple features to promote the sale of Products available on the Website, to facilitate the completion and placement of Orders and to enable Users to make informed purchase decisions.

In addition, Website provides opportunities for Users to:

You are authorized to use this Content only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these “Terms of Use”. – infringes or breaches the intellectual and industrial property rights or other equivalent rights of KORA or of any other third-party legitimate right holder, or violates any other applicable laws.

KORA reserves the right to modify at any time the contents of its Website, without prior warning. Information and data on the www.kora-knitwear.com Website are carefully verified. We apologize in advance for any inaccuracies and we would ask users to contact our Customer Service, so we can make rectifications.

All trademarks, trade names, logos, brand names and product names included on the Website (“Trade Marks”) are the exclusive property of KORA and/or of their respective official partnership companies within the KORA Group.  These “Terms of Use” do not allow you to use the Trade Marks and we remind you that the use of the Trade Marks in any manner for business, commercial or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of KORA.  

KORA Llc. Is the owner of Certificate of Ukraine No 57566 for the trademark, for the sign for goods and services “KORA” from December 15, 2005.

Please note that your use of this Website and purchase of Products on the Website does not grant you any rights to use our Trade Mark.

6. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE

You are permitted to use the Website and the Content for your personal and non-commercial use only and always in compliance with these “Terms of Use” and applicable laws.

The user is fully responsible for his/her assessment of the quality and content of information posted on the Website, as well as information acquired through third parties.

Customers cannot make any purchase under someone else’s identity unless strictly authorized to do so by the identity holder.

This Website may include, use, contain and display content created by third parties, information obtained from public sources and/or links to external web sites or webpages operated by third parties (the “Third Party Content and websites”).

KORA does not control or manage such Third Party Content and websites, is not responsible or liable for their accuracy, security or reliability, and cannot guarantee that such Third-Party Content or website is free of malfunctions, viruses or other features that could damage data and/or property of the Users. These links are facilitated for solely informative purposes

Access to any Third Party Content and websites is at your own risk and KORA will have no liability to you for any loss or damage that you suffer (including but not limited to any loss or damage to your computer equipment, hardware or software) arising out of or related to your access or use of, or reliance on, any Third Party Content and websites or caused by or in connection with any purchase of goods or services available on or through any such Third Party Content and websites.
